What to look for in yoga paddle board
If you are loving SUP yoga and want a board of your own, your ideal board will be long and wide with lots of volume for stability and comfort. Look for a board that its greater than 30 inches wide and 9 feet long to make sure you have enough room for a variety of poses. The nose (front of the board) should be wide to allow hands and feet to be properly placed during poses.
Another factor that affects the stability of a board is firmness and how thick a board is. The firmer and thicker the platform, the more stable a board will be. Six inch thick boards will provide a more rigid and stable platform than 4 inch boards.
